The company could not meet the requirements and was declared bankrupt. Emblem Holding AS also owned companies Emblem Eiendom AS, Vest Kran Wind Power AS og Vestkran kranutleie og byggmontering AS. Trond Emblem owned 100% of the shares of Emblem Holding AS.
