Babcock & Wilcox Vølund has chosen Vest Kran to be crane services supplier for the new Eidsiva Bioenergi CHP “Waste-to-Energy” plant in Trehørningen, Hamar, Norway.
The service contract, starting in January, will proceed through the next four months or so. The heaviest lift will be approx. 93 tons.

Trehörningen CHP Plant, Eidsiva Bioenergi
The new waste fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Trehörningen, Hamar will be completed in 2011. The plant has a capacity of approx. 10 tons of waste per hour, resulting in the total production of 32.5 MW.
